I am Neysa Jones, and I build vision with strategy.

At my core, I am a purpose philanthropist. Everything I do centers on igniting, nurturing, and empowering the visions of creatives, entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and organizations that know they were created for impact. I do not just help people dream. I help them structure what they see and secure the resources to build it.
​
My professional journey is layered and diverse. I have spent more than 30 years working across microbiology, biomedical research, pharmaceutical compliance, corporate administration, and education. Each season shaped how I think and how I lead. I learned how to analyze systems, interpret complex regulations, and ensure excellence at every level.
As a microbiologist and Quality Assurance Compliance Officer, precision mattered. I interpreted state and federal guidelines and trained teams across manufacturing, research and development, and regulatory affairs to operate with integrity. As a Research Technologist, I worked alongside principal investigators, carried out technical protocols, gathered data, and contributed to scientific publications.

Education deepened my ability to connect structure with outcomes. I served as a middle school science teacher, an adjunct college instructor, and later as a Grants Specialist. In those roles, I learned how to align curriculum, resources, and strategy so that vision translated into measurable results.
​
For more than a decade, I have written, managed, and reviewed federal, corporate, and private foundation grants. I have helped secure more than 20 million dollars in funding. While serving with the Pinellas County School District, I focused not only on proposal development but on building systems that ensured programs were aligned, fundable, and sustainable.

My work today extends beyond grants.

Through NJ Kingdom Enterprises, I serve as a Transformational Clarity Coach, Self Publishing Book Coach, and Certified Grant Consultant. I help visionaries uncover what they carry, organize their ideas, publish their books, and scale their businesses with intention. I naturally see gaps and opportunities. I understand how to bring structure to vision and momentum to potential.

I am a problem solver and a resource strategist. I am a builder of people and systems. I think deeply, plan strategically, and execute with discipline.

My academic foundation includes a Master of Science in Microbiology from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Eckerd College. My scientific training sharpened my analytical thinking. My leadership roles strengthened my operational insight. My love for writing fuels how I communicate and connect.

Above all, I believe clarity changes everything.
